Rental Information:

Rent Includes:

Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, air-conditioner, window treatments, storage unit (in basement), surface parking, garbage collection, water (softened).

Resident pays individual electric bill (heat and hot water).

Rental Terms:

A one year lease is standard. At the completion of this lease, each resident has the option to enter into a new one year lease or continue on a month-to-month basis with a 60-day notice to vacate.  Credit and background checks will be performed.  An application is available on-line and must be completed by each adult resident.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required to be paid in full prior to moving in.
